Stainless Works Longtube Headers/Systems - 97-04 Corvette C5/Z06

These are one of our favorite headers for 97-2004 C5/Z06 Corvettes. Manufactured from 304 Stainless steel, the headers feature 3/8” thick, CNC laser cut flanges, and CNC mandrel bent 1 3/4” primary tubes. The headers are completely tig welded together, have the AIR tubes and Oxygen sensors installed, and are available in either a mill or polished finish. The headers have shown typical gains averaging 15-20 rear wheel horsepower on lightly modified engines. The possibility of more horsepower can be obtained with custom tuning. Stainless Works offers a limited lifetime guarantee against defects in materials and workmanship, so this is the only set of headers that you will ever need to buy for your corvette! Now available with Random Technology Metallic high flow cats and x-pipe OR offroad pipes and x-pipe as low as $1265 for the WHOLE HEADER/INTERMEDIATE PIPE KIT!!! Polishing of the headers is an additional $300 charge and the request must be phoned in because it is a custom order.
